The DUPONT 0130732 is a high temperature anti-seize lubricant formulated with a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) base. It is designed to prevent galling, seizing, and corrosion on threaded fasteners, fittings, flanges, and mechanical assemblies that are exposed to extreme heat or harsh service conditions. The compound remains effective across a temperature range of -297 degrees F to 1,800 degrees F, making it well-suited for applications where conventional lubricants would fail. The water-resistant formulation resists washout in wet environments. It ships in a 1 lb can and is applied by licensed HVAC technicians, plumbers, pipefitters, and mechanical contractors as part of routine assembly and maintenance work.
This anti-seize compound is used on high-temperature threaded connections including exhaust manifold studs, boiler fittings, furnace components, steam pipe flanges, and other assemblies subject to thermal cycling and corrosion. It is appropriate for both residential and commercial mechanical systems where metal-to-metal contact must be protected against seizing during installation and future disassembly. The PTFE-based formula is off-white in color and provides a clean, non-conductive film on contact surfaces.

Apply to clean, dry threads or mating surfaces before assembly. Shut off and de-energize all relevant systems before servicing any fitting or fastener.
