When used as a sealer, it penetrates deep into surfaces to protect against acids, alkalis, road salts, de-icing compounds, household cleaners, gasoline, oil, and weathering. It prevents dusting, staining, and spalling, ensuring long-lasting durability.

As a concrete hardener, applying this sealer to freshly poured concrete after setting for twenty-four hours helps control water evaporation, resulting in stronger concrete. This product maintains a matte finish, making it ideal for a natural appearance on both vertical and horizontal surfaces.
