The DRILL ROD TOOL STEELS 57919 is an O1 oil-hardening tool steel flat stock bar sized at 5/16 inches thick, 5/16 inches wide, and 36 inches long. O1 is a general-purpose oil-hardening tool steel known for good machinability in the annealed state and consistent dimensional stability during heat treatment. This flat stock is commonly stocked and cut by toolmakers, machinists, die makers, and maintenance shops that need a reliable starting material for punches, dies, blades, gauges, and fixture components. At 1.01 pounds per piece, it is a manageable single-bar unit suitable for bench work and small machine setups.

Installation Notes
