The DOTCO 10T4318-62 is a fixed base pneumatic router designed for precision material removal in production and fabrication environments. It runs at 18,000 RPM no-load and delivers 1.7 HP, making it well suited for routing, trimming, and profiling operations on wood, composites, and plastics. The router accepts a 3/8 inch collet and uses a 1/2 inch air inlet at 90 psi operating pressure. Side exhaust directs spent air away from the work surface. At 7.4 pounds, it is compact enough for extended use at a workbench or fixture station. Typically installed and maintained by industrial maintenance technicians or aerospace production personnel.
The 10T4318-62 is used in fixed routing applications where consistent depth and repeatable cuts are required. The fixed base design suits jig and fixture setups in manufacturing, woodworking shops, composite fabrication, and light metalworking. A 1/2 inch air inlet and 0.5 inch hose size support standard shop air systems. The included collet and wrench allow for direct tooling installation without additional accessories. Overall length of 6.125 inches fits most standard router table and guide collar setups.
Designed for use with standard 3/8 inch shank router bits and compatible with shop air systems supplying 90 psi through a 1/2 inch air line and 0.5 inch hose.
Installation and servicing should be performed by qualified pneumatic tool technicians or industrial maintenance personnel. Shut off and bleed the air supply line before connecting or disconnecting the tool. Verify that the shop air supply is regulated to 90 psi and that the hose and fittings are rated for the required flow. Inspect the collet and collet nut for wear before inserting tooling, and ensure the bit is fully seated and secured before operation.
