The DOTCO 10R9000-08 is a straight-handle air die grinder built for precision material removal, deburring, porting, and surface finishing in industrial and trade applications. It runs on compressed air at 90 psi and reaches a free speed of 100,000 RPM, making it well suited for fine grinding and high-speed rotary work in tight spaces. The 1/8 inch collet accepts standard small-shank mounted points, carbide burrs, and abrasive bits. At 0.06 HP and approximately 0.5 pounds, it is a lightweight tool designed for extended use in demanding production or maintenance environments. A roll throttle provides consistent speed control during operation.
This grinder is intended for use by machinists, tool-and-die technicians, maintenance mechanics, and metal fabricators working in industrial shops, production facilities, or field maintenance settings. Its compact straight-handle design allows access to recessed areas and narrow cavities where larger grinders cannot reach. Typical applications include weld cleanup, mold and die work, burr removal on castings, and port matching.
