The DOTCO 10L1100-36 is an extended length straight-handle air die grinder designed for precision grinding, deburring, and surface finishing in demanding trade and industrial environments. Powered by compressed air, it delivers 28,000 RPM at no load and 0.3 horsepower through a 1/4 inch collet, making it well-suited for mounted points, carbide burrs, and abrasive accessories. Air consumption runs at 16 CFM with a 1/4 inch inlet, and exhaust is routed to the front of the tool to keep debris and airflow directed away from the operator. At 7.6 inches in overall length, the extended body gives technicians added reach in confined or deep-cavity work areas.
This grinder fits into metal fabrication, aerospace, automotive, and general industrial service work where a lever-throttle straight die grinder is the standard tool. It is appropriate for use by machinists, maintenance technicians, pipefitters, and metalworkers who require consistent high-speed rotary tool performance at the workpiece. The front exhaust design makes it practical in close-quarters grinding where rear or side exhaust would redirect debris toward surrounding surfaces or personnel. Compatible with standard 1/4 inch collet tooling commonly used in die grinding applications.
Designed for use with standard 1/4 inch collet rotary tooling. Requires a compressed air supply capable of delivering the rated 16 CFM at 620 kPa (approximately 90 psi) through a 1/4 inch air inlet fitting.
Installation and operation should be performed by qualified personnel familiar with pneumatic tool safety and applicable workplace standards. Ensure the air supply is depressurized and the tool is disconnected from the air line before changing collet tooling or performing any service.
