The DIXON VALVE COUPLING DV-00317 is a stainless steel barbed hose insert fitting designed to create a secure, leak-resistant connection between a hose and an NPT-threaded port. The fitting features a 3/8 inch barbed end that inserts into a hose with a 3/8 inch inside diameter and a 3/8 inch male NPT thread on the opposite end. Stainless steel construction provides corrosion resistance in wet, chemical, or outdoor environments. Each package contains two fittings. This type of fitting is installed by plumbers, pipefitters, and maintenance technicians wherever hose-to-threaded-pipe connections are required.

This fitting is suited for use in light industrial, commercial, and general plumbing applications where a flexible hose must terminate at a threaded fitting or manifold port. Installation Notes
