The Diversitech UC3040-2 is an UltraLite Pad, sized at 30" x 40" x 2". This concrete equipment pad weighs about the same as a plastic pad. It is strengthened by fiber-cement coating, allowing the pad to flex instead of cracking. The textured surface prevents sliding and allows water drainage. The EPS core prevents warping and resists settling.
