The DIVERSITECH OATEY-30893 is a 16-ounce Rain-R-Shine PVC cement formulated for making solvent-weld joints on PVC pipe and fittings. This cement is designed for use in wet or humid conditions, allowing joints to cure even when surfaces cannot be kept completely dry. It is a standard trade tool for plumbers and irrigation technicians working on residential and light commercial PVC piping systems where exposure to moisture during installation is a common challenge.
