The DIVERSITECH DIVE-CP-22 is a continuous-duty condensate pump rated at 120 volts and designed to handle acidic condensate produced by high-efficiency furnaces, air handlers, and humidifiers. It delivers 22 feet of lift, exceeding the 20-foot standard common in comparable units, and flows at 96 GPH. The pump is built for demanding installations with vibration-dampening feet and motor mounts, metal hang tabs, and four versatile inlet holes. An easy-to-read indicator display and simplified float switch make service checks straightforward. Rated for continuous duty up to 140 degrees F, with a maximum inlet temperature of 160 degrees F. Not suitable for contact with steam or gases exceeding 160 degrees F.
The DIVE-CP-22 is used in residential and light commercial HVAC applications where condensate must be pumped to a remote drain. Typical installations include high-efficiency gas furnaces, fan coil units, ductless mini-split systems, and whole-home humidifiers that generate acidic condensate. The built-in overflow safety switch connects via 1/4 inch quick-connect terminals and features SPDT isolated contacts, giving installers flexibility to wire an air handler shutdown or integrate with building automation systems. Two terminals are provided for that connection.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation condensate pump for residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including high-efficiency furnaces, air handlers, fan coil units, and humidifiers that produce acidic condensate.
Installation is typically performed by a licensed HVAC technician. Shut down and de-energize the HVAC system before making any electrical or drain line connections. The pump operates on 120-volt power and should be connected in accordance with NEC requirements for low-voltage accessories. Verify that the condensate drain tubing and discharge line are clear and properly sized before commissioning, and confirm the overflow switch wiring to the air handler or BAS is complete before restoring power.
