The DIVERSITECH 2033 is a 30-pound refrigerant recovery cylinder designed for storing and transporting recovered refrigerant gases in HVAC/R service applications. The cylinder ships with a clean, dry interior that meets the requirements for accepting recovered refrigerants directly from recovery equipment. A 3/4-inch plug seals the valve port during storage and transport. HVAC technicians use this cylinder as a dedicated recovery vessel during system evacuation and refrigerant reclaim procedures, keeping recovered gas safely contained until it can be reclaimed or recycled by a certified facility.
This cylinder is suited for residential and light commercial HVAC/R service work where recovered refrigerant must be collected, labeled, and held for proper disposal or reclamation. It is a standard tool in the service workflow for any EPA Section 608-certified technician handling CFC, HCFC, or HFC refrigerants. The 30-pound capacity makes it practical for single-system recoveries as well as multi-unit service routes where technicians carry dedicated recovery vessels.
Designed as a standard recovery cylinder for use with refrigerant recovery machines in residential and commercial HVAC/R service applications.
Recovery cylinders must be handled by EPA Section 608-certified technicians in accordance with applicable federal and local regulations. Always verify the cylinder is within its requalification date before use and never fill beyond the rated capacity or working pressure marked on the cylinder collar. Keep the valve protected and the plug installed whenever the cylinder is not connected to recovery equipment. Store upright in a cool, ventilated area away from heat sources.
