The DIVERSITECH 130 is a 2-hole, snap-on, ribbed conduit strap designed for securing IMC and rigid conduit runs in commercial and residential electrical installations. Built from 14-gauge galvanized steel, it delivers corrosion resistance and structural rigidity suited to demanding job-site conditions. The strap accommodates a 2-1/2 inch trade size conduit with a 0.375 inch hole and bolt size, and the reinforced ribbing adds extra load-bearing strength without increasing bulk. Licensed electricians and electrical contractors install this hardware when routing conduit along walls, ceilings, and structural members. Each order includes a standard package of 50 straps.
This strap is used on IMC and rigid conduit systems in both new construction and retrofit electrical work. The snap-on design speeds installation, reducing the time spent seating and fastening the strap during conduit runs. The 1 inch width and 2-hole configuration provide stable, balanced support at each mounting point. This product is manufactured in the USA and carries UL approval for both Canada and the United States, making it suitable for projects governed by NEC requirements and Canadian electrical codes.
Designed for use on 2-1/2 inch trade size IMC and rigid conduit systems in commercial and residential electrical installations.
Installation is performed by a licensed electrician in accordance with applicable NEC requirements. De-energize all circuits in the work area before securing conduit hardware. The snap-on strap should be seated fully onto the conduit before fastening through the bolt holes to ensure even clamping force. Do not use this strap on conduit sizes other than the specified 2-1/2 inch trade size, as improper fit may result in inadequate support.
