The DIG P75-155L is a 155-mesh long screen filter designed for irrigation and water distribution systems. The fine 155-mesh screen captures particulate matter and debris before it reaches downstream emitters, drip lines, and spray heads, helping maintain consistent flow and protecting system components from clogging. With a 1.5-inch connection size, this filter is sized for mainline or sub-main applications where higher flow capacity is required. Installation is typically handled by irrigation technicians and landscape professionals during system commissioning or routine maintenance.
This filter is suited for drip irrigation, micro-irrigation, and low-volume sprinkler systems in both residential and light commercial landscape applications. It is commonly installed at the head of a zone or at the point of connection between the supply line and distribution tubing. The long-body design provides greater filtration surface area compared to standard-length filters, which helps extend service intervals between cleanings in systems with moderate sediment loads.
Designed as an OEM-style screen filter for 1.5-inch irrigation mainline and sub-main piping in drip and low-volume irrigation systems.
Shut off system water supply and relieve line pressure before installing or servicing the filter. Irrigation technicians should verify flow direction and install the filter with the screen oriented per manufacturer markings. Hand-tighten threaded connections and use thread seal tape as appropriate for the fitting type. Periodic inspection and cleaning of the screen element is recommended to maintain rated flow performance.
