The DIABLO dou125cw is a carbide-tooth oscillating blade engineered for cutting nail-embedded wood. The blade uses a proprietary carbide blend rated for up to 50 times longer life than standard bi-metal blades in demanding demo applications. A curved contact edge acts as a pilot for plunge cuts, improving cut accuracy and reducing vibration during use. A Black I.C.E. Industrial Cooling Element coating is applied to the cutting edge to dissipate heat and extend blade life in aggressive, continuous-duty cutting scenarios. This blade is suited for remodelers, demo contractors, and trim carpenters who regularly encounter fastener-embedded material.
The dou125cw is designed for nail-embedded wood removal, subfloor demo, window and door rough-in work, and similar applications where hidden fasteners would destroy a standard blade. The universal fit interface integrates into two mounting positions and connects to major oscillating tool brands without an adapter, making it a practical carry for techs running multiple tool platforms on the same job site.
Universal fit interface is compatible with major oscillating tool brands including DeWalt, Dremel, Milwaukee, and others without requiring an adapter.
Installation and blade changes should be performed with the oscillating tool unplugged or its battery pack removed. Confirm the arbor clamp or accessory lock mechanism is fully secured before operating. Carbide-tipped blades are brittle under lateral loading — avoid twisting the blade in the kerf. Blade changes and tool use should follow the tool manufacturer's accessory guidelines and applicable jobsite safety requirements.
