Diablo DHS4000CF is a 4 in. Steel Demon carbide-tooth hole cutter designed for metal cutting applications. It uses TiCo Hi-Density carbide teeth to extend cutter life and produce fast, burr-free holes, and can drill into metals up to 1/4 in. thick. The tool includes a depth stop collar, a plug-eject cobalt pilot bit, and a tool-free plug ejection system, and is compatible with Diablo Snap-Lock Plus mandrels for quick cup changes.
