The DIABLO DCX045040X01F is a Type 29 zirconia alumina flap disc designed for aggressive grinding and blending on steel and stainless steel surfaces. Measuring 4.5 inches in diameter with a 7/8-inch X-Lock center hole, this disc mounts directly to angle grinders equipped with an X-Lock spindle interface. The 40-grit coarse abrasive removes material quickly and is well suited for weld seam removal, deburring, and surface conditioning tasks. The plastic backing plate supports the overlapping abrasive flaps and provides consistent flex under load.
