The DELTA FAUCET DLT13420 Monitor 13 Series tub and shower trim kit features a Monitor pressure balance valve that keeps water temperature within a safe +/-3 deg F. It has a single lever handle for ease of temperature control and a pause feature that reduces water to a trickle. Temperature is controlled with a metal lever handle.
