The DE-STA-CO 827-S is a pneumatic hold down toggle clamp designed for industrial workholding applications. It delivers a holding capacity of 700 pounds (3110 N) inner clamping force and 2200 N outer clamping force, actuated by a 1.57-inch cylinder bore connected via a 1/8 NPT air port. The solid bar opens to 88 degrees, providing clear access to the workpiece during load and unload cycles. A bolt retainer is included. This clamp is installed by tooling engineers, maintenance technicians, and fixture builders working on production lines, welding fixtures, and machining setups.

The 827-S is suited for vertical mounting in medium-duty industrial fixtures where repeatable pneumatic clamping is required. The 1/8 NPT port is compatible with standard shop air plumbing. With a 3.91-inch height under bar and a 3.18-inch bar extension, it accommodates a range of workpiece thicknesses. Operating temperature range is 14 degrees F to 194 degrees F, making it appropriate for most indoor production environments.
