The DAP INC 5 Phenoseal Vinyl Caulk is a 10 oz adhesive-grade caulk formulated for bonding and sealing across a wide range of surfaces. This vinyl-based product functions as both a sealant and an adhesive, bonding to glass, wood, metal, brick, masonry, and aluminum. It is rated non-toxic and non-flammable, making it suitable for use in occupied residential and light commercial spaces. The formula remains flexible across hot and cold temperature cycles, reducing the risk of cracking or separation after application. Certified paintable, it accepts most standard latex and oil-based topcoats once cured.

Phenoseal 5 is used for caulking around bathtubs, showers, doors, windows, and siding. Installation Notes

Application requires a standard 10 oz caulk gun. Surface should be clean, dry, and free of dust, oil, or loose material before applying. Tool the joint promptly before skinning occurs, and allow adequate cure time per ambient temperature and humidity conditions before painting or exposing to moisture.
