The DAP INC 18510 is a siliconized latex kitchen and bath caulk sold under the Kwik Seal Plus product line. It comes in a 10.1 oz cartridge and delivers a watertight, flexible seal on interior surfaces commonly found in kitchens and bathrooms. The formulation incorporates Microban antimicrobial protection, which is built into the caulk to inhibit the growth of stain- and odor-causing bacteria and mildew on the cured surface. The siliconized latex base provides strong adhesion and flexibility, making it suitable for joints and seams that experience minor movement. It is paintable after cure and cleans up with water during application. Low odor makes it practical for occupied spaces.

This caulk is intended for interior residential and light commercial use in kitchens, bathrooms, and utility wet areas. Installation Notes

Surface must be clean, dry, and free of old caulk, soap residue, and loose material before application. Cut the cartridge tip and apply with a standard caulk gun, tooling the bead immediately for full contact. Clean excess with water before the caulk skins over. Allow full cure before exposing the joint to water or applying paint.
