The DAP 37004132 is a pest-exclusion foam sealant designed to block entry points commonly used by mice and other small pests in residential and light commercial structures. Applied as an expanding foam, it fills gaps, cracks, and penetrations around pipes, conduit, wiring, and structural seams where rodents are known to squeeze through. HVAC technicians, plumbers, and general contractors use this sealant when sealing utility penetrations through walls, floors, and ceilings as part of a complete building envelope or pest-exclusion scope of work.
This sealant is well suited for use around pipe and conduit penetrations in mechanical rooms, crawl spaces, attic access points, and exterior wall penetrations where utility lines enter the structure. It provides a durable foam fill that resists rodent gnawing, making it appropriate for both new construction rough-in and retrofit service calls where gaps have been identified along mechanical system pathways.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and general-use foam sealant for pest-exclusion applications around mechanical system penetrations in residential and light commercial construction.
Applied by licensed pest-exclusion contractors, HVAC technicians, plumbers, or general contractors during rough-in or service work. Wear gloves and eye protection during application, as uncured foam is difficult to remove from skin and surfaces. Ensure the application area is free of active electrical hazards before sealing around conduit or wiring penetrations. Allow full cure time before painting or covering the sealed area.
