    Took a long time to receive the order

    Ordered on 12/24/25 around 12noon. My order was for UPS next day air. Knowing there was a possiblity it still might not be Friday 12/26 I wasn't worried about receiving on Monday 12/29. I not only didn't get it on 12/29 they charged me for UPS next day air and ended up shipping is out UPS ground. The order never even went out until Tuesday 12/30 and wasn't received until Monday 1/5/26. Poor customer service to help resolve the issue.
