The DAKOTA PLUMBING PRODUCTS GSR-18-2321 is an 18-gauge 304 stainless steel undermount kitchen sink finished in brushed nickel. It features a single D-bowl configuration with a rear drain position and standard-radius corners. The sink is part of the Sorelle collection and carries a traditional style suited to a wide range of kitchen layouts. At 18 gauge, the stainless steel construction provides solid resistance to denting and everyday wear. The brushed nickel finish reduces the visibility of water spots and surface scratches between cleanings. This sink is designed for installation by licensed plumbers or experienced kitchen remodelers.
The GSR-18-2321 is intended for residential kitchen applications and fits in cabinet openings less than 33 inches wide, specifically sized for 30-inch cabinet installations. The undermount configuration positions the sink below the countertop surface, eliminating the lip found on drop-in models and making countertop cleaning straightforward. The rear drain position maximizes usable bowl depth and keeps the drain assembly away from the primary work area of the sink. A compatible bottom grid, part number GSR-BG2321, is available separately to protect the bowl floor and elevate dishes above standing water.
Designed for undermount installation in countertops supported by cabinets less than 33 inches wide, with a recommended cabinet size of 30 inches. Compatible bottom grid model is GSR-BG2321.
Undermount sink installation should be performed by a licensed plumber or qualified installer. Shut off the water supply and disconnect existing drain and supply lines before removing any existing sink. The countertop must be properly supported and the undermount clip or epoxy system must be rated for the weight of the sink before setting. Follow local plumbing codes for drain rough-in requirements and ensure a watertight seal between the sink rim and the underside of the countertop.
