The DAKOTA PLUMBING PRODUCTS DSZ-A5050GBK is a 33-inch apron-front undermount kitchen sink built from 16-gauge 304 stainless steel (18/10) with a Gunmetal Black finish. It features a zero-radius design with clean 90-degree corners, giving it a sharp contemporary profile. The 50/50 equal double-bowl layout provides two working basins for simultaneous washing, rinsing, and prep tasks. A rear-positioned 3.5-inch signature center drain on each bowl channels water away efficiently. Thermal undercoating and extra-large sound-dampening pads are integrated into the underside to reduce noise during use and limit cabinet condensation. Licensed plumbers and finish carpenters typically handle installation in residential and light commercial kitchen settings.
The DSZ-A5050GBK is sized for 36-inch or larger base cabinets with overall dimensions of 33 inches L x 20 inches W x 10 inches D. Each individual bowl measures 14.625 inches x 16 inches x 10 inches, providing ample working depth for large cookware and commercial-style prep tasks. It is well-suited for busy residential kitchens, wet bars, and kitchen remodels where countertop space and functional layout are priorities. The Gunmetal Black finish is one of several available colorways in the Zoria collection, which also includes Satin Brushed Nickel, Silver, Copper, and Gold options.
Designed for apron-front undermount installation in base cabinets 36 inches or larger. Part of the Zoria collection by DAKOTA PLUMBING PRODUCTS. Includes matching bottom grids DSMZaBGA5050 and basket strainer DSAaPBSSS.
Installation is typically performed by a licensed plumber. Shut off the water supply and disconnect existing drain lines before removing the old sink. Apron-front sinks require cabinet face modification or a purpose-built cabinet opening to accommodate the exposed front panel. Follow local plumbing codes for drain and supply connections, and confirm countertop cutout dimensions against the sink specification sheet before cutting.
