The DAKOTA PLUMBING PRODUCTS DSM-A5050CP is a 16-gauge 304 stainless steel undermount apron-style kitchen sink finished in Copper. It features a 50/50 double-bowl layout with two equally sized basins separated by a low divider, making it well suited for multitasking at a busy prep or cleanup station. The micro-radius corners measure 15 millimeters, giving the interior a clean, contemporary profile that is also easy to wipe down. A channeled bottom directs water toward a rear-positioned 3.5-inch center drain, reducing pooling. Thermal undercoating and oversized damping pads reduce operational noise and protect cabinet surfaces from condensation. The sink is covered by a lifetime limited warranty from Dakota Plumbing Products.
The DSM-A5050CP is designed for apron or farmhouse undermount installation in residential kitchens and bar areas. The overall dimensions of 33 inches L x 20 inches W x 10 inches D make it a direct fit for standard cabinets 33 inches or larger. Each of the two bowls measures approximately 14.625 inches x 16.125 inches x 10 inches. Licensed plumbers or skilled finish carpenters typically handle cabinet cutout and undermount installation. The Marela collection is also available in Gold, Gunmetal Black, Silver, and Satin Brushed Nickel finishes for projects where a different color is specified.
Designed for apron/farmhouse undermount installation in standard kitchen cabinets 33 inches wide or greater. Part of the Dakota Plumbing Products Marela collection.
Undermount apron-style sinks require a proper cabinet cutout and secure mounting clip or adhesive system rated for the sink weight — consult the included installation guide before beginning. Shut off water supply lines at the stop valves before disconnecting any existing drain or supply connections. Silicone sealant compatible with stainless steel should be used at all mounting interfaces to prevent moisture intrusion into the cabinet. Installation is typically performed by a licensed plumber in jurisdictions where plumbing permits are required.
