The DAKOTA PLUMBING PRODUCTS DSM-A3620CP is a single-bowl apron-style farmhouse kitchen sink built from 16-gauge 304 stainless steel with an 18/10 chrome-nickel composition. Finished in Copper, it measures 36 inches in length, 20 inches in width, and 10 inches in depth overall, with a bowl interior of 33.125 inches by 16 inches by 10 inches. Micro-radius corners at approximately 15 millimeters give the sink a clean, contemporary profile while remaining easy to wipe down. The rear-positioned 3.5-inch center drain pairs with a channeled bottom that directs water toward the drain and reduces pooling. Licensed plumbers and finish carpenters install this type of undermount-apron sink during kitchen remodels and new construction.
This sink is designed for base cabinets 42 inches wide and larger. The apron-front configuration suits residential kitchen installations where a farmhouse aesthetic is specified. The Copper finish is part of the Marela collection, which also includes Gold, Gunmetal Black, Silver, and Satin Brushed Nickel options for finish-matching flexibility across a project. The single-bowl layout provides an unobstructed basin suited to large cookware and commercial-style kitchen workflows.
Designed for apron-style farmhouse sink installations in base cabinets 42 inches wide and larger. Part of the Marela collection by Dakota Plumbing Products. Includes bottom grid DSM-BGA3620 and basket strainer DSA-PBSSS.
Installation of an apron-front undermount sink requires shutting off water supply lines and verifying cabinet framing can support the sink weight before setting. A licensed plumber should connect drain and supply lines in accordance with local IPC or applicable plumbing code requirements. Silicone sealant rated for kitchen sink applications should be used at the apron and countertop interface. Do not overtighten the drain basket assembly, as this can crack the drain seat or distort the stainless steel.
