The DAKOTA PLUMBING PRODUCTS DSM-A3320GD is a single-bowl apron-front undermount kitchen sink built from 16-gauge 304 stainless steel with an 18/10 chrome and nickel composition. The Gold finish belongs to the Shades of Steel color series. Micro-radius corners measuring 15 mm keep the interior profile smooth and easy to wipe down. Overall dimensions run 33 inches long by 20 inches wide by 10 inches deep, with a bowl interior of approximately 30.125 inches by 16 inches by 10 inches. A channeled bottom directs water toward a rear-center 3.5-inch drain opening, reducing pooling between uses. The Peacekeeper sound absorption system pairs a thermal undercoating with oversized dampening pads to cut basin noise and limit cabinet condensation.
The DSM-A3320GD fits residential kitchens and bar areas requiring a base cabinet of 36 inches or larger. The apron-front configuration suits both new construction and renovation projects where a farmhouse-style reveal is part of the design intent. The sink is part of the Marela collection and is available in additional finishes including Satin Brushed Nickel, Silver, Copper, and Gunmetal Black for projects where a different color is specified. A custom bottom grid (DSMZ-BGA3320) and basket strainer (DSA-PBSSS) are included and provide immediate protection for the bowl interior without additional sourcing.
Designed for apron-front undermount installation in base cabinets 36 inches wide or larger. Part of the DAKOTA PLUMBING PRODUCTS Marela collection. Compatible accessories include the DSMZ-BGA3320 bottom grid and the DSA-PBSSS basket strainer, both included with this unit.
Apron-front undermount sinks require a modified or purpose-built cabinet front and are typically installed by a licensed plumber or experienced finish carpenter working in coordination. Shut off the water supply and disconnect any existing drain lines before removing an existing sink. Follow local plumbing code requirements for drain connection and venting, and verify cabinet structure can support the weight of the sink before mounting. Do not use abrasive cleaners or steel wool on the Gold finish, as these will damage the surface.
