The DAKOTA PLUMBING PRODUCTS DSE-FCA2418S is a single-bowl fireclay farmhouse apron-front kitchen sink finished in matte white. Fireclay construction offers a dense, non-porous surface that resists staining, chipping, and thermal shock better than standard ceramic. The apron-front face is available in two exterior styles: a full frame profile and a scalloped profile, allowing it to suit a range of transitional and traditional kitchen aesthetics. This sink is designed for permanent installation in residential kitchen cabinetry and is typically set by a plumber or experienced tile contractor during a kitchen remodel or new construction rough-in.
The DSE-FCA2418S is suited for residential kitchen applications where a farmhouse-style focal point is desired. The center drain position simplifies standard P-trap alignment. The sink fits in cabinetry under 33 inches in width, specifically designed to fit a 30-inch cabinet opening. The spacious single-bowl basin accommodates large cookware, sheet pans, and oversized items common in active household kitchens. Its transitional styling works with both contemporary and classic cabinetry finishes.
Designed for apron-front farmhouse installation in residential kitchen cabinetry with a 30-inch cabinet opening less than 33 inches wide.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber or qualified contractor familiar with apron-front sink mounting requirements. The cabinet front must be cut or configured to accept the apron face before setting the sink. Shut off the water supply and disconnect existing drain and supply lines before beginning removal of any existing sink. Verify drain rough-in location aligns with the center drain position prior to final cabinet modification and sink placement.
