Daikin DAPT-ONE-VMS One+ Translation Adaptor

I received my order which was a different item than ordered. After multiple calls over hours and hours I finally get a callback from a supervisor who states even though it has different product numbers they are the same item. I then explain they are not and have a different number of ports so they state they will get back to me but never do. I called them every few hours as this was a part needed to close on a house. We paid for expedited shipping yet it was taking over 2 days for them to get back to me. We ultimately returned the part for a refund. Very disappointed and will not ever use this company again.

Voomi service was great, The adapter and thermostat is heinously expensive for what it does. Costly enough that I will be less likely to use this brand in the future. However, if you have one of these units, you need this adapter to add the thermostat. There is a part number for just the adapter and just the thermostat, or both parts in one box. In my case ordering each was less expensive then the product containing both pieces.
