The D-LINE d23015w is a half-round surface-mount cable raceway designed to route and conceal flexible cables along walls without cutting into drywall or fishing wire through cavities. The channel measures 1.18 inches wide by 0.59 inches tall and runs 6.5 feet per length, providing enough capacity to manage up to three flexible cables based on cables with approximately 0.33-inch diameters. The one-piece construction features a patented latching hinge with a click-lock lid, allowing cables to be added or removed without dismantling the run. Electricians and low-voltage technicians use this raceway for clean, code-conscious surface wiring installations in occupied spaces.
This raceway is suited for residential and light commercial applications where concealing data cables, phone lines, or low-voltage wiring along baseboards, walls, or door frames is required. The white finish is intended to blend with standard interior trim and painted surfaces. Each length can be installed using the factory-applied self-adhesive backing for a fast peel-and-stick mount, or drilled and screw-fixed when a more permanent attachment is needed. Compatible raceway accessories including corner pieces, end caps, and couplers are available separately to navigate direction changes and produce a finished appearance at transitions.
Designed for use with D-LINE raceway accessory fittings sized for the d23015w channel profile. Suitable for routing flexible low-voltage and data cables in residential and light commercial surface-wiring installations.
Installation is performed by electricians or low-voltage technicians following applicable NEC requirements for surface raceway wiring. Before routing any cables, de-energize circuits and verify the wiring is de-energized with a meter prior to handling. For permanent installations, drill and screw-fix each length in addition to the adhesive backing to prevent pull-away over time. Do not exceed the stated cable fill capacity, as overfilling can prevent the lid from seating fully and may create a pinch point on cable jackets.
