The CUTLER & HAMMER CH290 is a Type CH Thermal Magnetic Circuit Breaker designed for residential applications, providing premium overload and short-circuit protection. This 2-pole, 90A, 120/240 VAC breaker trips to the OFF position, preventing nuisance callbacks. Its thermal-magnetic trip curve prevents nuisance tripping on mild overloads while reacting quickly to severe short-circuit conditions. It is suitable for use in Cutler-Hammer load centers and requires two 3/4" spaces.
