The CUSTOM BUILDING PRODUCTS PMG165QT is a ready-to-use, premixed sanded grout formulated for interior tile installations. No mixing is required — the material ships at working consistency and goes directly to the joint. The non-shrink, crack-resistant formula protects against most common household stains and is treated with MoldGard Technology to inhibit mold and mildew growth. Suitable for grout joints ranging from 1/16 inch to 1/2 inch, this product is designed for tile contractors, flooring installers, and experienced DIYers who need a reliable, consistent grout without the preparation time of a powder product. Net package weight is approximately 4.2 pounds.

The PMG165QT is rated for interior use only and performs well in wet areas including tub surrounds, shower floors, and shower walls. It is not suitable for steam rooms, areas subject to prolonged water submersion, or underwater applications. The product handles ceramic, mosaic, quarry, porcelain, stone tile, marble, and granite substrates. Installers working with porous stone must follow the manufacturer surface preparation instructions, as grout can stain unsealed porous materials. Installation Notes

Tile installers should ensure the substrate is clean, structurally sound, and fully cured before applying grout. Apply product directly from the container using a grout float, working material firmly into joints and removing excess from tile surfaces promptly. Allow a minimum of 24 hours drying time before exposing the installation to water or foot traffic. Clean all tools and equipment with water before the material dries — dried material is difficult to remove.
