The CUSTOM BLDG PRODUCTS TLSACRA1 is a concentrated sulfamic acid cleaner formulated to dissolve and remove dried cement grout and mortar residue from tile, stone, and masonry surfaces. The product ships as concentrated crystals, which are mixed with water on site to produce an active cleaning solution. It is also effective at neutralizing efflorescence — the white mineral deposits that migrate to the surface of concrete, brick, and grout joints — and can be used for light etching of concrete prior to coating or resurfacing. Tile setters, masonry contractors, and flooring installers commonly use this product during post-installation cleanup.

The TLSACRA1 is suited for both residential and light commercial applications where cement-based setting materials, grouts, or mortars have cured on the finished surface.
