It uses Controlled Cure Technology that allows the material to self-dry without external heat or forced drying equipment. Once mixed with water, the SF10 is ready to support floor and tile installation in as little as 15 minutes. Flooring installers and tile contractors use this product to level, patch, and finish subfloor surfaces before setting tile or other finish flooring. The mix-with-water formulation simplifies jobsite preparation and reduces material handling complexity.

The SF10 is suited for residential and light commercial flooring applications where fast return-to-service time is a priority.
