The CUSTOM BLDG PRODUCTS PBPG38010 is a polymer-modified, cement-based non-sanded grout designed for use with highly glazed or polished tile, marble, and natural stone where sanded grouts would cause surface scratching. Formulated to ANSI A118.6 standards, this Polyblend Plus grout builds on the original Polyblend formula with enhancements targeting finished color accuracy and long-term color consistency. The non-shrinking mix accommodates grout joints up to 1/8 inches and is suitable for both interior and exterior applications. Licensed tile setters and skilled installers work with this product across a wide range of residential and light commercial surfaces.
This grout is appropriate for floors, countertops, walls, ceilings, showers, fountains, and pools. Its polymer-modified cement base makes it a reliable choice for wet and submerged environments as well as dry interior installations. The Haystack color and the improved color consistency of the Polyblend Plus line make it particularly well suited for finish-sensitive tile work where uniform grout appearance is a project requirement. Each unit contains 10 pounds of grout and is sold in a package quantity of 4 units.
Designed for use with highly glazed or polished tile, marble, and natural stone in grout joint widths up to 1/8 inches. Suitable for interior and exterior installations including floors, countertops, walls, ceilings, showers, fountains, and pools.
Installation should be performed by a qualified tile setter following the manufacturer mixing and application instructions. Substrate surfaces must be clean, cured, and free of contaminants before grouting. For pool and exterior applications, verify that all waterproofing and setting materials are fully cured before applying grout. Follow local building codes and TCNA handbook guidelines for joint sizing, expansion joints, and wet-area installations.
