The CUSTOM BLDG PRODUCTS CTTSG1-2 is a pre-mixed, gray thin set mortar designed for interior ceramic, porcelain, stone, marble, and granite tile installations. It requires no mixing on-site, making it a clean, ready-to-use adhesive mortar suitable for both wall and floor applications. The formula exceeds ANSI A136.1 Type I standards, confirming its performance rating for interior tile bonding. It handles tiles up to 8 inches x 8 inches, or tiles with one side up to 15 inches when extended dry time is used. Licensed tile setters and flooring installers are the primary users of this product.

This mortar is suited for residential and light commercial interior installations on walls and floors. It works with standard tile sizes in kitchens, bathrooms, mudrooms, and similar interior spaces. Coverage varies by trowel type: a V-Notch trowel at 3/16 inches x 5/32 inches yields 40 to 44 square feet per gallon; a Square-Notch trowel at 1/4 inches x 1/4 inches x 1/4 inches yields 20 to 25 square feet; and a Square-Notch trowel at 1/4 inches x 3/4 inches x 1/4 inches yields 14 to 17 square feet. Coverage figures do not include backbuttering.
