The CS OSBORNE 147-8 is a 1/4" diameter of cut belt punch. Forged from special carbon steel, it is carefully hardened with a polished barrel. The hole tapers back from the cutting edge so that the punchings clear freely. It is recommended to use this punch on a No. 603 cutting pad with a wooden mallet or rawhide hammer.
