The CRESCENT L1335CMEB-02 is a heavy-duty tape measure built for demanding jobsite use. It features a high-contrast tri-color NITE EYE steel blade for strong visibility in low-light conditions. The STABLEWING blade shape delivers up to 16 feet of stable horizontal reach with reduced blade rollover and a flatter profile that makes marking easier. A 3X clear-coat finish plus a mylar coating on the first 6 inches of blade guards against wear. The housing is constructed from ABS lightweight high-impact material and has been drop-tested to 120 feet, making it suitable for work at height or rough handling on the jobsite.
This tape measure is designed for general construction, framing, mechanical layout, and trade use where quick, accurate measurements in variable lighting are required. The dual-unit blade reads in both imperial fractions to 1/16-inch graduation and millimeters, making it useful across residential and commercial projects. It is sized at 1-1/4 inches wide by 10 meters or 35 feet in length, covering most standard layout and rough-in tasks. Licensed contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and HVAC technicians will find the blade reach and low-light readability practical in confined or poorly lit spaces.
Designed as a general-purpose tape measure for trade and construction professionals requiring a 1-1/4 inch wide, 35-foot imperial and metric blade with high-visibility markings.
No power source or fastening is required for standard hand-tool use. When using the tape at height or in confined spaces, ensure the blade is retracted before moving to prevent blade kinking or injury. Inspect the blade coating periodically for chips or wear that may affect measurement legibility. Keep the housing clean of debris to maintain smooth blade retraction.
