The CRC INDUSTRIES 03132 QD Contact Cleaner is a fast-evaporating electrical cleaning solvent formulated to remove contamination from sensitive electronics and electrical components without leaving a residue. Supplied in a 55-gallon drum, this product is intended for high-volume commercial and industrial maintenance environments. It cleans conductive surfaces quickly, restores reliable electrical contact, and is safe for use on all plastics. NSF K2 Registered, it meets sanitation compliance standards for applicable facilities. Licensed electricians, electronics technicians, and industrial maintenance teams rely on it for routine and corrective cleaning tasks.
This contact cleaner is suited for use in commercial facilities, manufacturing plants, and service shops where large-volume solvent cleaning is performed on a recurring basis. Typical applications include cleaning relays, edge connectors, printed circuit boards, switches, breakers, busbars, tape heads, PCs, and telephones. The 55-gallon drum format supports facilities running high-frequency cleaning operations or dispensing into smaller containers for field use. Use where lower flashpoint cleaners are acceptable per site safety requirements.

This product is applied by qualified electricians or electronics technicians. De-energize and lock out all equipment before applying cleaner to any electrical component in accordance with NFPA 70E arc flash and lockout/tagout requirements. Allow the solvent to fully evaporate before re-energizing equipment. Store and handle the 55-gallon drum in accordance with applicable local fire codes and the product Safety Data Sheet, as this cleaner has a lower flashpoint rating.
