The CRC INDUSTRIES 03039 is a multi-purpose, food grade silicone lubricant formulated for food processing and food handling environments. Dispensed as an aerosol spray, it deposits a colorless, odorless, non-staining film on treated surfaces, reducing friction and eliminating binding or sticking in metal-to-non-metal contact points. The 03039 meets FDA Regulation CFR 21-178.3570 and carries NSF H1 registration, making it suitable for use in areas with incidental food contact. Each can contains 16 oz of liquid silicone formula. Licensed tradespeople and maintenance technicians in food processing plants and commercial kitchens rely on this product for routine lubrication tasks.
This lubricant is intended for use on food processing and handling equipment where an NSF H1 rated product is required. Typical applications include production lines, bottling facilities, commercial kitchens, and food packaging operations. The aerosol format allows fast, targeted application on hard-to-reach components such as guides, rails, linkages, and sealed mechanisms. It performs in both high-heat and low-temperature environments including ovens and freezers, making it a practical option across a wide range of food service and processing conditions.
Designed for use on food processing and handling equipment including chutes, guides, rails, conveyors, bottling machinery, slicers, ovens, freezers, knives, saws, coin mechanisms, linkages, locks, pulleys, timers, rubber seals, tools, vending machines, and ceramic insulators.
Application is performed by maintenance technicians and food equipment service professionals. Before lubricating any equipment component, power down and de-energize the machine per lockout/tagout procedures in accordance with applicable facility safety protocols. Shake the can before use and apply from an appropriate distance to achieve an even coating. Avoid over-application on surfaces that may contact food directly beyond incidental levels, and verify NSF H1 use requirements with the facility food safety officer before first use.
