The CRC INDUSTRIES 02094 is a silicone-based electrical lubricant in a 16 oz aerosol can, formulated to lubricate, waterproof, and protect electrical components in wet or harsh environments. It leaves a dry, clear, non-hardening film that resists moisture and corrosion without attracting dust or debris. With a dielectric strength of 350 V/Mil and a temperature rating of -40 to 400 degrees F, it holds up across a wide range of operating conditions. Licensed electricians, HVAC technicians, and facility maintenance professionals use this product to treat connectors, terminals, and other electrical components exposed to moisture, chemicals, or extreme temperatures.
This lubricant is suited for residential, commercial, and light industrial applications where electrical equipment faces exposure to water, humidity, or corrosive agents. Typical use cases include protecting panel connectors, outdoor wiring junctions, motor terminals, and control wiring in HVAC systems. The aerosol format delivers a controlled, even coat on hard-to-reach components. It meets NSF H1 and FDA Regulation 21 CFR 178.3570, making it acceptable for use in facilities with incidental food contact requirements such as food processing plants and commercial kitchens.
Designed for use on electrical components, connectors, terminals, and wiring exposed to wet or harsh environments across residential, commercial, and light industrial applications.
Always de-energize and lock out electrical circuits before applying any lubricant or protective coating to live components. Apply in a well-ventilated area, as the hydrocarbon propellant is flammable with a flash point below 0 degrees F. Allow the coating to fully dry before restoring power. Follow applicable NEC requirements and facility safety protocols when servicing electrical equipment.
