The CRC INDUSTRIES 02085 is a non-curing silicone dielectric grease formulated for electrical sealing, lubricating, protecting, and insulating applications across a wide range of electrical components. Rated to NLGI 2 consistency and carrying a temperature range of -70 to 400 degrees F, this compound maintains performance in extreme heat and cold. With a dielectric strength of 500 V/Mil, it provides reliable insulation against electrical faults. Delivered in a pressurized tube with a 3.3 oz net fill, it is a standard service item carried by electricians, HVAC technicians, and utility maintenance personnel working on both low- and high-voltage systems.
This grease is suited for residential and commercial electrical maintenance tasks. Common application points include electrical panels, outdoor lighting fixtures, scoreboards, traffic lights, high-voltage poles, transformers, disconnects, switching mechanisms, electrical contacts, spark plugs, battery terminals, fasteners, O-rings, and rubber and plastic components.
