The CRC 1003309 is a synthetic PTFE-based penetrant lubricant formulated for demanding industrial and food-processing environments. Packaged in a 16 oz aerosol can with an 11 oz net fill, it delivers deep penetration into tight tolerances and corroded assemblies while leaving a white lubricating film. Rated for service from -40 degrees F to 450 degrees F, it handles high-pressure contact points where conventional lubricants break down. The synthetic base with PTFE additive provides a low-friction dry film that resists wash-off and contamination. It carries NSF H1 registration, making it acceptable for incidental food contact in food and beverage facilities.
This penetrant lubricant is suited for HVAC technicians, plumbers, electricians, and maintenance professionals working in commercial kitchens, food processing plants, beverage production facilities, and general industrial settings. It is used to free seized fasteners, lubricate threaded connections, protect metal components from corrosion, and reduce friction on sliding or rotating parts. The food-grade designation makes it appropriate for regulated environments where standard lubricants are not permitted.
Designed as a general-purpose penetrant lubricant for use on metal fasteners, threaded connections, hinges, slides, and mechanical assemblies in food-grade, industrial, and trade-service applications where NSF H1 compliance is required.
Application does not require a licensed trade credential, but electricians, HVAC technicians, and facilities maintenance personnel are the primary users. Before spraying near electrical panels or ignition sources, ensure the area is properly ventilated and all open flames or spark sources are eliminated — this product is flammable with a flash point of 117 degrees F. Allow the carrier solvent to fully evaporate before restoring power to electrical components. Use in well-ventilated spaces and follow applicable SDS guidance and local safety codes.
