The COXREELS TSHL-N-650-BBX is a supreme-duty dual pedestal Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) hose reel built for demanding stationary and mobile dispensing applications. Part of the COXREELS T-DEF Series, it features a stainless steel 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel with chemical-resistant Viton seals to handle DEF without corrosion or contamination. The dual pedestal base uses a solid one-piece steel construction with no welds and an exclusive triple axle support system that improves stability and reduces vibration under load. A cartridge-style motor is fully enclosed and removable for quick maintenance. Weighing 77 pounds, this reel is built for long service life in heavy-use environments.
This reel is suited for commercial and fleet service facilities that dispense DEF at high volume. The dual pedestal T Series configuration handles rugged mobile applications such as service trucks and vehicles, as well as fixed bay installations. The multi-position guide arm mounts to walls, floors, ceilings, or vehicles, giving installers flexibility in positioning. The 1-inch ID, 1-3/8-inch OD hose path and 50-foot hose capacity make it well matched to full-flow DEF dispensing setups where reach and flow rate both matter.
Designed for DEF dispensing systems requiring a 1-inch ID hose path; compatible with standard full-flow NPT DEF hose and dispensing nozzle assemblies in fleet, agricultural, and commercial service applications.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with fluid handling and reel mounting requirements. Shut off all fluid supply lines and relieve system pressure before connecting or servicing the swivel and hose. Secure the base to a structurally adequate mounting surface rated for the combined weight of the reel, hose, and fluid load. Verify NPT fittings are thread-sealed with a DEF-compatible sealant before pressurizing the system.
