The COXREELS TSHL-N-635 is a T Series spring driven hose reel built for truck mount and off-road service applications. It features a 1 inch inner diameter hose path, accepts hose up to 1.5 inches outer diameter, and handles up to 35 feet of hose. The extra large steel chassis uses a dual pedestal-style arm design with Coxreels Super Hub triple axle support to reduce vibration and maintain structural integrity under heavy use. A machined solid brass 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel and enclosed cartridge-style spring motor are designed for field serviceability. Licensed HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical contractors working in demanding mobile or off-road environments are the primary installers.
This reel is intended for truck mount installations and off-road service vehicles where reliability under abusive conditions is required. The multi-position guide arm adjusts for wall, floor, ceiling, and vehicle mounting configurations, making it adaptable across a range of commercial and industrial service setups. The reel is suited for fluid transfer, compressed air, or similar hose-delivered media typical in trade service applications. Dimensions of 25 inches length by 13 inches width by 27 inches height allow for fitment in standard service truck compartments and utility beds.
Designed as an OEM-style truck mount spring driven hose reel for trade service vehicles requiring a 1 inch ID hose path up to 35 feet in length.
Installation should be performed by qualified mechanical or service technicians familiar with vehicle-mounted equipment. Depressurize and disconnect any fluid or air supply before mounting or servicing the reel. Secure the steel base to a structurally sound mounting surface using appropriate fasteners rated for the load. Verify all swivel and hose connections are properly torqued and leak-tested before returning the system to service.
