The COXREELS TSHL-N-450-SS is a spring-driven, electro-polished stainless steel hose reel designed for demanding environments where corrosion, contamination, and chemical exposure are constant concerns. Built for 1/2 inch inner diameter hose at 50 feet of length, this reel features an all-stainless fluid path from swivel inlet to guide arm. The enclosed cartridge-style motor is self-lubricating and fully removable for field maintenance. Heavy-duty CNC robotically spun discs with rolled edges add structural rigidity and protect both the hose and the technician. Licensed contractors, industrial maintenance crews, and facilities service teams are the primary installers for this class of reel.
This hose reel is suited for food and chemical processing facilities, marina environments, mobile service vehicles, and any site where rust, corrosion, or contamination cannot be tolerated. The multi-position guide arm adjusts for wall, floor, ceiling, and vehicle mounting, making it adaptable across fixed and mobile installations. The solid one-piece stainless steel base uses a dual pedestal design with no welds, incorporating the Coxreels exclusive triple-axle super hub for maximum load stability. It is sold as a single unit.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct installation unit for 1/2 inch ID hose applications in corrosion-sensitive environments requiring stainless steel fluid-path components.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with fluid handling systems and the applicable mounting surface requirements. Shut off the fluid supply and relieve all line pressure before mounting or connecting the reel. Secure the base to a structurally sound surface rated for the combined weight of the reel and fully charged hose. Follow all applicable facility codes and manufacturer torque guidance for NPT inlet connections to prevent leaks.
