The COXREELS TSHL-N-4100-SS is a stainless steel, spring-driven hose reel from the T-SS Series, built for demanding environments where corrosion, contamination, and chemical exposure are everyday concerns. The reel features an electro-polished stainless steel drum, stainless steel fluid path, and a fully enclosed cartridge-style motor. With a 1/2 inch inner diameter and 100 foot hose capacity, it suits high-volume fluid delivery tasks in food processing facilities, chemical plants, marinas, and similar corrosive-duty settings. Licensed plumbers, industrial service technicians, and facility maintenance crews are the typical installers.
The TSHL-N-4100-SS is designed for fixed or vehicle-mounted installations where rust prevention and non-contaminating fluid paths are required. Its multi-position guide arm accommodates wall, floor, ceiling, and vehicle mounting configurations, making it adaptable to tight or unconventional service bays. It is well suited to applications in food and beverage processing, chemical handling, marina service, and any environment where standard carbon steel reels would corrode prematurely or introduce contamination risk.
Designed for use with 1/2 inch ID hose up to 100 feet in length. Suitable for spring-rewind fluid service reels in corrosive-duty industrial, food processing, chemical, and marina applications requiring stainless steel fluid paths.
Installation should be performed by a qualified plumber or industrial maintenance technician familiar with fluid reel mounting requirements. Shut off the fluid supply and depressurize the line before connecting or disconnecting the reel. Secure the reel to a structurally sound mounting surface appropriate for the reel weight and hose load. Follow local plumbing codes and applicable facility safety protocols when routing fluid supply lines.
