The COXREELS TSHL-N-350-SS is an electro-polished stainless steel spring-driven hose reel engineered for demanding environments where corrosion, contamination, and chemical exposure are constant concerns. Designed for a 3/8 inch inner diameter hose up to 50 feet in length, this reel features a fully stainless steel fluid path from inlet to outlet. The enclosed cartridge-style spring motor is self-contained and removable, making field maintenance practical without specialized tooling. At 55 pounds, the unit is built for permanent installation in fixed service bays, processing facilities, or marine environments.
This reel is suited for food and chemical processing operations, marina service areas, and any facility where rust, corrosion, or fluid contamination cannot be tolerated. The multi-position guide arm supports wall, floor, ceiling, and vehicle-mount configurations, giving installers flexibility in tight or unconventional service layouts. It is appropriate for both light industrial and trade service applications where a non-corrosive, all-stainless fluid path is required by code, contract, or facility standard.
Designed as an OEM-style fit within the COXREELS T-SS Series for applications requiring a 3/8 inch ID hose path up to 50 feet in corrosive or contamination-sensitive service environments.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with fluid handling systems and applicable facility or safety codes. Shut off and depressurize the supply line before connecting or disconnecting the swivel inlet. Verify that mounting surface load ratings are adequate for the reel weight plus hose and fluid load. Use appropriate stainless-compatible thread sealant at all NPT connections to prevent galvanic contamination.
