The COXREELS TSHF-N-575 is a supreme-duty, dual-pedestal T Series fuel dispensing hose reel built for continuous-duty transfer of non-aromatic fuels including diesel, kerosene, fuel oil, and heating oil. The reel accepts a 3/4-inch ID hose up to 75 feet in length and is engineered for demanding environments where reliable hose management and fuel-tight connections are required. A machined solid-brass 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel handles dispensing duty without restricting flow. The one-piece steel base with no-weld construction and the exclusive Super Hub triple axle support system provide the structural rigidity needed for mobile or fixed installations on fuel trucks, tank trucks, and bulk liquid handling systems.
The TSHF-N-575 is suited for utility services, ground support equipment, aircraft refuelers, fuel and lube trucks, and bulk liquid transport applications. Its multi-position guide arm adjusts for wall, floor, ceiling, and vehicle mounting, making it adaptable to a wide range of service vehicle and stationary dispensing configurations. The enclosed cartridge-style motor is fully lubricated and removable for maintenance without removing the reel from service. This reel is installed by fleet maintenance technicians, fuel system installers, and industrial equipment service professionals.
Designed for use with non-aromatic fuel applications including diesel, kerosene, fuel oil, and heating oil. Typical installations include fuel storage dispensing systems, fuel and lube trucks, aircraft refuelers, and tank trucks requiring a 3/4-inch ID hose reel with 75 feet of capacity.
Installation should be performed by a qualified fuel system technician or fleet maintenance professional familiar with applicable fuel-handling and plumbing codes. Power down or shut off all fuel supply lines before mounting or servicing the reel. Secure the one-piece steel base to a rigid mounting surface capable of supporting the reel and a full hose load. Verify that all NPT swivel and hose connections are leak-free before returning the system to service.
