The COXREELS TSH-N-550-DF-BBX is a supreme-duty dual pedestal Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) hose reel designed for safe, reliable fluid dispensing in both stationary and mobile service environments. Built on the T Series platform, it features a stainless steel 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel with chemical-resistant Viton seals that stand up to DEF's corrosive properties. The dual pedestal base uses a one-piece steel construction with no welds and includes an exclusive Super Hub triple axle support system to improve stability and reduce vibration under heavy use. A cartridge-style motor is fully enclosed and lubricated for easy field removal and maintenance. The reel accepts 3/4 inch ID hose with a 1 1/8 inch OD and weighs 91 pounds.
This reel is suited for fleet maintenance shops, agriculture operations, truck stops, and mobile service vehicles that dispense DEF regularly. The T Series supreme-duty configuration targets higher-demand applications where continuous cycling, vibration, and outdoor exposure are common factors. The multi-position guide arm adjusts for wall, floor, ceiling, or vehicle mounting, giving installers flexibility across different bay and vehicle configurations. CNC robotically spun and ribbed discs with rolled edges protect the hose and improve operator safety during retrieval.
Designed as an OEM-style DEF dispensing hose reel for stationary and mobile applications requiring 3/4 inch ID DEF-compatible hose.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with fluid dispensing equipment and the mounting surface requirements of heavy-duty reels. Before mounting, ensure the surface is rated to support a minimum of 91 pounds plus the weight of a fully loaded hose. Shut off all fluid supply lines before connecting or servicing the swivel or seals. Follow all applicable facility and vehicle safety codes when mounting in mobile applications.
